SpartaDog 110% Price Protection Plan

SpartaDog.com works hard to keep our pricing simple and low.  That's one of the reasons we made our shipping free.  Life is too short to worry about shipping.

We also want to take away your concerns about finding a better price somewhere else.  That's why we have a 110% price protection plan.

The plan is simple.  If you have purchased an eligible product in the last 10 days and find a better deal on another legitimate website we will protect you 110%.  That means we will pay you 110% of the price difference.  (see below for requesting price matches for items not included in the Price Protection Plan).

Products included in our Price Protection Plan clearly display the following image on the product page:

 

The Fine Print:

  • Eligible product was bought from SpartaDog.com in the last 10 days
  • You show us where you can get the identical item, including model number and configuration at a lower price
  • We verify their price (and their shipping charges) to make sure it's an apples to apples comparison
  • We refund you 110% of the difference
  • Note:some things are not covered.  See the section below "What's not covered"

An Example:

  • Our price was $100 including shipping
  • Their price was $80 plus $10 shipping totaling $90
  • The difference is $10
  • We refund you 110% of the difference which is $11

 

What's not covered:

The SpartaDog.com Price Protection Plan excludes: advertised products in physical store locations; products available to order online with pick up availability at a physical store location; auctions; closeouts, clearances, overstocks; unauthorized retailers; membership discount clubs (e.g. Costco, Sam’s Club, etc.); sale items, free offers, manufacturer rebates, specials, bundled pricing, and items not in stock (same size, style, or color) or cannot be fulfilled by the competitor.
